Boiler Installation

How long does a boiler installation usually take?

A straightforward replacement can often be completed in a day, while system changes or relocation may take longer. We confirm the likely programme after the initial assessment.

Will you help me choose the right boiler?

Yes. We consider the property size, number of bathrooms, hot-water demand, existing pipework and your priorities before recommending a suitable option.

Do you remove the old boiler?

Yes, where the quotation includes a replacement, we safely disconnect and remove the old appliance as part of the agreed work.

Which boiler brands can you install?

We can discuss suitable options from established manufacturers including Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Viessmann and Vaillant. The best choice depends on the property, system design, hot-water demand, budget and current product availability.

Boiler Maintenance

How often should a boiler be serviced?

An annual service is generally recommended, ideally before the colder months when the heating system is relied on most.

Can servicing help prevent breakdowns?

It cannot prevent every fault, but it can identify wear, pressure issues and other developing problems before they lead to a loss of heating or hot water.

Will you remind me when the next service is due?

Ask us when booking and we can note the service anniversary so it is easier to keep annual maintenance on schedule.
